Welcome to the GK Yoga website, and thank you for taking the the time to have a look.
In my classes, I create an inclusive and welcoming environment where people can both begin their Yoga journey and deepen their practice. I'll throw in a dash of yogic philosophy for good measure, and encourage laughing at ourselves when we occasionally fall off the mat!
I’m certainly not the bendiest of yogis, so if you can’t yet get your feet behind your head, fear not, you’re in good company!
I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Tribe-Yoga - I’m truly grateful to all my teachers for their inspiration. Yoga has helped me both mentally and physically, leaving me with an ‘’off the mat and into the world’’ philosophy - seeing the benefits of my own practice has made me passionate about sharing it with others.
I’m really interested in getting more men along to yoga classes, widening the reach of yoga to all members of our communities, and helping people use mind, body and breath to overcome stress and anxiety.

Graham Kelly is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
For me, yoga has had an impact both physically and mentally. Physically, I've noticed my flexibility, strength and balance improve, really helping in my sporting activities and daily life. Mentally however, is where I've noticed the greatest gains. With improved focus and relaxation, and a greater sense of calm and stillness of mind which significantly helped me to deal with stress and reduce anxiety.
